ABOUT

Made & Co Designs, Inc. sought to create an eCommerce company that focused on the unique themes that surround a child's special milestones.

Officially launching on Etsy in 2024, Sweetly Sage has since stepped into the market of elevated party decor– curating a collection of personalizable themed toppers to add that special touch and make moments sweeter.

PROCESS & DELIVERABLES

In collaboration with R&D and Sales, I led and supported the launch of Sweetly Sage’s Etsy shop from the ground up. After establishing the brand identity, guidelines, target audience, and overall goals, I developed a cohesive suite of brand collateral to support the launch.

From there, I managed an ongoing cycle of product design and development, including styling and photographing new products, preparing production-ready artwork, and building out eCommerce listings.

With minimal advertising, Sweetly Sage has achieved steady organic growth, surpassing 500 sales, earning a 4.9-star rating across 80+ reviews, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction through responsive service and fast shipping.
