PROJECT BRIEF

Royal needed us to help create quality content that genuinely reflected their identity. The challenge of this scope of work was that we had to consider the client’s brand image and execute food photography that genuinely displayed their Basmati rice in a rooted Indian setting. The only request the client had was that their product stand as the main focus in the recipes.

Royal needed us to help create quality content that genuinely reflected their identity. The challenge of this scope of work was that we had to consider the client’s brand image and execute food photography that genuinely displayed their Basmati rice in a rooted Indian setting. The only request the client had was that their product stand as the main focus in the recipes.

PROCESS

As I examined the client’s existing brand image and collateral, most of their existing content was bright and airy, and didn’t properly display the product’s cultural background. I decided to bring in both darker tones and colors, as well as textures and patterns to tastefully highlight the vibrancy of their identity. I worked closely with the chef to create culturally-specific recipes that focused on their Indian Basmati Rice and other various products.
