Made & Co Designs, Inc. set out to build an eCommerce brand centered around modern essentials and timeless keepsakes for families and their little ones.

Launched on Etsy in 2022, Harper & Lo has grown into a thoughtfully curated collection of high-quality, personalized pieces designed to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. The product line includes birth announcement frames, milestone cards, name signs, growth charts, night lights, toys, and more—each crafted to be both beautiful and enduring.

To support continued growth and reach a wider audience, a dedicated Shopify website was later developed, expanding the brand’s presence beyond Etsy and strengthening its position in the market.

PROCESS & DELIVERABLES

In collaboration with R&D and Sales, I led and supported the launch of both Harper & Lo’s Etsy shop and Shopify store. After defining the brand identity, guidelines, target audience, and overall goals, I developed a cohesive suite of brand collateral to support the rollout.

I then managed an ongoing cycle of product design and development, including styling and photographing new products, preparing production-ready artwork, and launching items across both platforms.

Harper & Lo’s Etsy shop has since earned Star Seller status, surpassing 30,000 sales and achieving a 4.9-star rating across 5,700+ reviews, while maintaining strong customer satisfaction through responsive service and fast turnaround times.
