Made & Co Designs, Inc. sought to create a small business to introduce modern essentials and timeless keepsakes for guardians and their little ones.

Officially launching on Etsy in 2022, Harper & Lo has since grown to carry  high-quality crafted keepsakes to help create the most beautiful moments to cherish for a lifetime– curating a collection of timeless, personalizable momentos such as birth announcement frames, milestone cards, name signs, growth charts, night lights, toys and many more! An official company website was later launched to further expand the business and reach a wider audience.

PROCESS & DELIVERABLES

In collaboration with R&D and Sales, I have spearheaded and supported the launch of both Harper & Lo's Etsy Shop and company website. Once the brand's identity, guidelines, target audience and goals were finalized, I began designing the brand collateral. I then progressed into a cycle of product design and development, styling and photographing the new products, and launching them on their respectives sites. This included making sure that all products were translated into production-ready artwork files; and that the respective site content was properly maintained.

Harper & Lo's Etsy shop has since been titled  as a Star Seller, making over 30k sales, gaining a 4.9 star rating with 5.7k reviews, and excelling in customer service and a quick shipping turnaround.
